We had our synthetic cloth sectional couch and the area rug partially under the couch cleaned by Hi-Tech Cleaning. The day before, I got a call from the office confirming the appointment. Victor was right on time, set up drop cloths, and virtually anything he brought in went on the drop cloths or the rug that he was cleaning anyway. Victor did a fantastic job cleaning every square inch of the couch even pulling it away from the wall and cleaning the back. From start to finish Victor was a pleasure to work with. Suffice to say, I had to search quite a bit to find anyone in New England who would take on a three pelt sheepskin rug. Care and research went into cleaning it gently, and I would recommend using this business for textiles that you have invested in. This led to me having our custom made drapes cleaned and two sets of vintage living room furniture cleaned. I had a spot on the carpet that was bleached out from a cleaner I used. The were able to color match it, and it’s barely noticeable. They covered my hardwood floors with cloth to bring in the hoses they covered the corners of my wall to protect from any damage, very professional and affordable.
