We had our synthetic cloth sectional couch and the area rug partially under the couch cleaned by Hi-Tech Cleaning. The day before, I got a call from the office confirming the appointment. Victor was right on time, set up drop cloths, and virtually anything he brought in went on the drop cloths or the rug that he was cleaning anyway. Victor did a fantastic job cleaning every square inch of the couch even pulling it away from the wall and cleaning the back. From start to finish Victor was a pleasure to work with.
