I am late in reviewing this company. They cleaned my oriental rug last year. Fabulous job! They were the n time with pickup and delivery, price reasonable and service was great!!

Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Had two rugs cleaned recently as I decided they were worth recycling. Really thrilled with the results. The tufted rug was more plush afterward cleaning then when it was new! I plan to bring more rugs here. Very impressed and pleased with results.

Suffice to say, I had to search quite a bit to find anyone in New England who would take on a three pelt sheepskin rug. Care and research went into cleaning it gently, and I would recommend using this business for textiles that you have invested in. This led to me having our custom made drapes cleaned and two sets of vintage living room furniture cleaned. (one was a leather set) I appreciate what I learned, and the owner's commitment to his continued training. Thank you again!

We had our synthetic cloth sectional couch and the area rug partially under the couch cleaned by Hi-Tech Cleaning. The day before, I got a call from the office confirming the appointment. Victor was right on time, set up drop cloths, and virtually anything he brought in went on the drop cloths or the rug that he was cleaning anyway. Victor did a fantastic job cleaning every square inch of the couch even pulling it away from the wall and cleaning the back. From start to finish Victor was a pleasure to work with. The following day I got a follow up call from the office asking how everything looked today. Old school customer service and quality work. A pleasure! Thank you, Paul & Cheryl Hampstead, NH
